Review Our Booking & Service Policies

 

At Royal Hair Ottawa, we are committed to providing every client with exceptional service and a seamless experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, we kindly request that all clients review and acknowledge the following policies before securing an appointment.

 

Deposit & Payment Policy ​

To guarantee your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required within one (1) hour of booking. Deposits are credited toward your final balance. Please note that failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.

​Services $100 and over: $50 deposit.

​Services under $100: $20 deposit.

​

​Payment Methods: Deposits may be submitted via e-transfer to royalhairottawa@gmail.com or through our secure online payment portal.

 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 ​To respect our stylists' time and ensure availability for all guests, we enforce the following: ​

• Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment and retain your deposit credit.

• ​Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, are ineligible for a deposit refund.

• ​Late Fees: A $15 fee applies at 15 minutes past your scheduled time. ​

• No-Show Policy: Arrivals exceeding 25 minutes are considered a no-show. The appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

The Royal Standard: Conduct Policy

​To maintain a professional and luxury environment, we enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for the following: ​

• Respect: Any verbal abuse or disrespect toward stylists or guests will result in immediate service termination.

• ​Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who compromises the salon’s harmony.

• ​Enforcement: In the event of a violation, the client must leave immediately, the deposit will be forfeited, and a permanent ban may be issued.
