​At Royal Hair Ottawa, we aim to provide exceptional service and a smooth experience for every client. Please take a moment to read and understand our policies before booking your appointment.​​​​
Deposit Policy

Appointments over $100 require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Appointments under $100 require a $20 non-refundable deposit.

Deposits must be sent to royalhairottawa@gmail.com or paid via our website within 2 hours of booking.

If your deposit is not received within the 2-hour window, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Deposits go toward your total service cost and will be deducted from your final bill.

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

No Refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled appointments once confirmed.

To reschedule and retain your deposit, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Please call or text us in advance if you cannot attend—we’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

The deposited amount will be subtracted from your total bill during your appointment.

The remaining payment can be settled after your services are complete.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will share the salon's address. Please refrain from requesting the address until the deposit is confirmed.
Time

Kindly be aware of the following time-related policies:

Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $15 fee.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 fee.

If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. A new deposit will be needed to reschedule.

To reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Final Sale Policy
All sales of products at Royal Hair Ottawa are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product purchases, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, which must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
